Quick Help

I just placed my order and there is an issue. What should I do?

Call the establishment as soon as possible! The establishment is always your best point of contact for order issues or changes. You can find the establishment phone number in the ‘My Active Tabs’ section of your ‘My Account’ page as well as in the confirmation message you received.
If you are unable to reach the establishment, or for service or billing issues, contact a Prepaidtab representative at 1-877-501-3909 prompt #3 or via email at support@prepaidtab.com. We'll be happy to help!

I haven't received a confirmation message for my order.

Online: Check the ‘My Tabs’ section of your ‘My Account” page to see if your order has been confirmed
You can also check your email.

Should I ever pay for my order at the establishment?

All Prepaidtab orders are prepaid via credit card, so you should never have to pay at the establishment for your tab.  However, gratuity/additional ordering is not always charged to your prepaid tab, so you will possibly have to pay gratuity or additional tab contents.  Remember, this tab has a discount, so please tip for what the bill would’ve cost before any discount.

Is Prepaidtab free?

Memberships for Prepaidtab.com are always free.  You will only be charged for your purchase(s), which includes all relevant taxes and a small convenience fee.

What if I have a specific message about how to make my order?

No problem. Just let the establishment know the details!

Can I search for a specific deal or establishment?

Yes. Simply use our advanced search feature located on home page.

What if an item I want or have had is not on an establishments menu?

It is the establishment’s discretion as to what they will offer as a prepaid food, drink or cover charge.  If it’s not on the menu, they are not offering that item at this time.  Items may also be listed on prepaidtab.com at full cost.

How do I know the establishment has received my order?

You will receive a confirmation email and it will also be added to your ‘My Tabs’ section.   The same goes for the establishment.  Your confirmation tab number will also be in our automated phone system for the establishment to confirm.

What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation email or tab?

If you do not receive a confirmation message within a few minutes, please be sure that your email is not full.
If you still don't receive a message, your ‘My Tabs’ section on the ‘My Account’ page to view your order status. If are not receiving confirmation messages each time you order please call 1-877-501-3909 prompt #3 for assistance or email support@prepaidtab.com.

What if I get a confirmation message but the establishment says they do not have a record of my order?

If you get a confirmation message, the establishment received and confirmed your order. In this case, ask them to check our automated validation phone line.  This will describe/confirm the Tab # by Establishment name and Value of that specified tab #.

What if I cannot reach the establishment?

If contacting the establishment has not been successful, or if you wish to report a service or billing issue, you can always call a Prepaidtab representative at 1-877-501-3909 prompt #3 or via email at support@prepaidtab.com.

Payment/Billing

Do I have to enter my credit card information to order?

Yes, you must use your credit card information to place a Prepaidtab order. All Prepaidtab orders will be paid with your credit card or debit card.

Is my billing information secure?

Yes. Your information is stored in a secure, 256-bit encrypted account that exceeds industry standards and is accessible only to the primary account holder. All credit card transactions meet high-level PCI compliance requirements established by Visa and MasterCard for online credit card transactions.   The green address bar proves that we are extremely secure and have been validated as a legitimate business.

Who can I contact regarding billing issues?

Contact us at 1-877-501-3909 prompt #3 or email support@prepaidtab.com  for any billing questions or issues.

Does Prepaidtab offer delivery service?

It depends on the establishment. If the establishment supports delivery orders to your area, then Prepaidtab also supports delivery orders.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at anytime by emailing cancel@prepaidtab.com
